Holder eyes Utah guest-worker law
State gets time to change its policy

A year after suing Arizona over its tough immigration law, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. told Congress on Tuesday that his department is prepared to sue Utah for going the other way and creating its own guest-worker program - though he is giving the state some time to change its law.

Well, we'll see. If Holder does go after Utah, then perhaps he may want to go after sanctuary cities for violating immigration law. Won't hold my breath on that.

Actually Holder won't be around too much longer from what I hear - too much info has been obtained on his instruction regarding the "Gun Runner" operation and many congressmen have already written him a very strong letter and are possibly working on getting him to resign with a major push from the NRA and many other organizations now - too little, too late, in my opinion - we'll wait to see what happens

holder is doing the right thing going after utah like arizona, but i think he is wrong in not doing anything about the sanctuary cities.
