The Mexican government should actually be happy. Their country is very poor. And since the majority of illegals have become semiskilled in carpentry, roofing, etc, there would be an influx of handymen in Mexico. Now if the Mexican government would just distribute the wealth to the development industry, they could start to build new, innovative areas. Any thoughts in this theory?
you are right mepdblue
The Mexican Government needs to take care of their own instead of pawning them off onto another country. If these Mexican workers are so damn hard working they can change their own country and make it better.
And our own federal government IS the largest employer of illegal aliens and some are in some sensitive areas of our government. Our federal government are nothing more then criminals themselves!
IT IS QUITE EVIDENT THAT THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT IS ALL FOR ITS CITIZENS WHO ARE HERE IN THE UNITED STATES ILLEGALLY AND THINK THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO BE HERE. AND WHATS EVEN MORE SICKENING IS THE FACT THAT OUR GOVERNMENT TO ALLOW MEXICO TO STICK ITS NOSE IN OUR GOVERNMENTS BUSINESS. THIS WHOLE ISSUE IS WRONG, AND OBAMA IS DOING NOTHING. I SUPPORT ARIZONA AND THE GOVENOR OF THAT STATE. THE WOMAN HAS GOT THE GUTS TO DO THE RIGHT THING BY HER STATE AND ITS CITIZENS.
Sure. They encourage illegals to come here.[/quote:2j6cfogj]YOU'RE DARN RIGHT THAT THEY ENCOURAGE ILLEGALS TO COME HERE. THEY ARE WANTING THEM TO COME HERE BECAUSE OF THE MONEY THAT THEY SEND BACK HOME FROM WORKING HERE ILLEGALLY. MEXICO'S GOVERNMENT IS ALL FOR THIS AND THEY ARE BEHIND IT. THEIR COWARD POS OF A PRESIDENT IS ONLY TO GLAD TO HAVE HIS CITIZENS HERE ILLEGALLY :!:Quote:

Being here illegally has been the law everywhere in the US for decades! This is not a new idea from a yet to be Arizona law.
'...deep roots here, because many of them have U.S.-born children."
Having anchor babies won't get you any sympathy in the US. Many US citizens want reform to laws where sneaking into a country and giving birth allows people here illegally to think anything except go back home afterwards. It does not give people a hall pass to stay. Like they think, 'oh I just accidently came here 9 1/2 months pregnant, and now I have this little US citizen and we have to stay here to take care of it because it can't take care of itself.' I'd like to see something more along the lines of if you find yourself here, legally visiting, and nature happens quicker than expected and you happen to give birth in the US, rather than your home country, then your child at age 18 could apply for dual citizenship, with the stipulation that the parent(s) and baby have returned to the parents' home country for the years in between birth and applying for citizenship. Then of course any requirements that are considered now for anyone applying for citizenship would also apply.
Note on information regarding US dual citizenship - it says a child born in the US of foreign parents automatically has dual citizenship... curious, as I read of Mexicans leaving to go back to Mexico were paying for dual citizenship for their children [born in the US] so they could go to school in Mexico legally. Like now they worry about legal!
The note says: "Dual citizenship is a complex issue and it is important to understand that there are not only benefits but also obligations that comes with being a dual citizen. Being a citizen of two countries means that you need to obey the laws of both countries, which may include paying taxes and serving in the military."
Obey the laws of both countries, like paying taxes! What a concept!

and when can we get rid of Phil Gordon? I really hate that my tax dollars are going into his pockets! He has got to go!
He and his Mexican staff should be very happy at the increase in workload. It means his job here in the nice safe U.S.A. is safe and he doesn't have to worry about being transferred to somewhere dangerous in Mexico.
