    A visit Tuesday from controversial Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz. drew a crowd of 220 for a speaking engagement at Country Club of Rancho Bernardo, and about 150 protesters.

    The protesters, who amassed outside the country club, held signs that read “Down with Arpaioâ€
    NO AMNESTY

    Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.
