The average criminal alien in California arrested 7 times

    Immigration Reform Examiner
    Dave Gibson

The average criminal alien in California has been arrested seven times

On Thursday, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) released a report which shows that California’s illegal alien prison population has risen 17 percent since 2003, with the actual number of incarcerated aliens at 102,795 in 2009.

With a largely unprotected border, the number is likely even higher today.

The GAO also reports that each of California’s illegal alien inmates have an average of seven different arrests.

According to GAO auditors, California spends $34,000 annually to incarcerate each illegal alien.

In 2010, California spent around $1 billion on their illegal alien inmate population.

The fact that the average illegal alien currently in California’s prison system has been arrested seven times, speaks to the fact that the federal government is not doing their job in deporting criminal aliens, nor are they defending our

Of course, much of the blame for this problem lies with local politicians, as many cities and counties in California have adopted ‘sanctuary policies’ for illegal aliens and refuse to report their arrests and convictions to the federal government, except in the most extreme cases.

On June 22, 2008, in San Francisco, three members of the Bologna family were gunned down by Salvadoran national and gang member Edwin Ramos. Tony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16 were shot to death by Ramos as they sat in their car on a crowded street, in the city´s Excelsior District.

Ramos who is a member of the notoriously violent drug gang known as MS-13, shot the Bologna family to death with an AK-47 because Tony Bologna had temporarily blocked the car in which Ramos was traveling, as the two cars made their way through an intersection. The Bologna men were returning home from a family barbecue.

As a juvenile, Ramos committed felony attempted robbery and assault, but was never deported.

Shortly after the shooting, the San Francisco Chronicle reported that Juvenile Probation Department officials failed to report Ramos to federal immigration authorities for possible deportation because of San Francisco´s stated sanctuary policy.

The Congressional Research Service has listed the following cities and counties in California as having sanctuary policies in place:

    -Los Angeles
    -San Bernardino
    -San Diego
    -San Francisco
    -San Jose
    -Sonoma County

what is going on here, who is paying for the incarceration of these alien criminals. That is $3,495,030,000 (102,795 times $34,000), $3.5bn a year!
Come on California, what are you doing, have people gone mad?

With a 17% increase since 2003 combined with Janet being the governor of Arizona as of early 2003 and the number of illegals coming across the border doubling in that year and continuing, you now have a clearer understanding of why Arizona and California or having financial problems. California absolutely refuses to acknowledge that illegals are costing anything. They take services away from citizens, close parks, cut back on police services, raise taxes, and they still can't figure out what the problem is.

I'm thinking California died right about the time George Bush and Arnold Schwarzenegger took over. It has never recovered. And never will.

It doesn't say they were deported 7 times. It says they were arrested 7 times.
If I.C.E. doesn't pick them up and deport them they get to stay because no state can deport anyone.
Only the federal government can deport people.
