Come on California, what are you doing, have people gone mad?

If they aren't locked up by CA. then they are free to wander around the U.S. because the FEDERAL government hasn't deported them and secured the border to keep them and other illegal aliens from entering the country.

It doesn't say they were deported 7 times. It says they were arrested 7 times. If I.C.E. doesn't pick them up and deport them they get to stay because no state can deport anyone. Only the federal government can deport people.
