This amount of heroin is really shocking, and so close to home for me. Are we seeing the cartels hand here, or what? Apparently any potential holds have not been determined yet.

This is in my own town, and bothers me greatly. I could make an educated guess that it was in the annexed neighborhood called "Rockwood".
