In the interest of government efficiency, however, these individuals were denied access to the experts needed to help them make informed judgments about whether pleading guilty was in their best interest.

The truth is very simple, these IA's came here without permission and if they had applied as LEGAL immigrants do and had not stolen ID's they would not have been arrested.
Immigration lawyers want to stall and complicate what is very simple and straight forward which requires spending MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars to defend our laws.
We have asked for quicker and more efficient yet legal deportations and this is how it should be done without burdening citizens with bogus drawn out legal defense."A Government big enough to give you everything you want,is strong enough to take everything you have"* Thomas Jefferson

It has some old immigration song, with the words, about immigration. I like the old pictures. My family were Irish Immigrants.
I'm not old enough to recognise the song, but it's sounds to me, like back in the 40's?? You tell me...If Palestine puts down their guns, there will be peace.
If Israel puts down their guns there will be no more Israel.

The immigration lawyers are just royally p.o'd because this blew their gig. These sharks can tie up an immigration case, in an already backlogged immigration court system, for years. Their client is generally out on OR or bond, continuing to carry on living their life, business as usual, leaving the door open for the attorney to later argue that they have "built a life here", have anchor babies...blah, blah, blah. Even if the strategy isn't successful, or their client has taken off, the lawyer has still pocketed a tidy sum.
