Anyhow Im talking about ICA president John Bushman (Mr. Bushman) which owns half of Odessa (Midlands twin city) and has done his fair share of developing and enhancing the west Texas economy in ways that benefit many of its residents like me.

This is great news!

Britney Sheehan, a spokeswoman for Bank of America, disputed the allegation the financial institution is targeting illegal immigrants. She said the pilot program is intended to assist existing customers in developing a credit history by providing them with a secured credit card with a very low spending limit. She added the program is in compliance with the nation's laws, including the USA PATRIOT Act.

Whether they are "targeting" illegals or not, they have yet to say that they will not give any illegal alien credit or refuse any form of doing business with them. So in essence, unless they publicly denounce the practice, they really need to stop the victimization act.

Ah, ok, I see. I'm sorry - 'my bad'. Since I don't live anywhere near there, I had no way of knowing who(m) you were talking about - I assumed [I know what happens when a person assumes..!] incorrectly, of course, that you were alluding to our current "decider" who also comes from that part of the world too.

Just a disclaimer: not everyone here is a fan of Dub-ya, so anything that even remotely sounds 'warm and fuzzy' toward him is probably going to catch some negative criticism - that's where I thought you were coming from in all this... thanks for the clarifier. And, no, I'm not mad at you - I just don't agree with the OBL view of the situation.
