THIS IS ONE HELL OF A SCAMNESTY. What is up with Flake and Guiterrez anyway? They can shuffle papers all they want, but it ends up to be the same crap as all of the other shameful amnesties they tried to pass.
I will be on the phone and sending emails all day.
There will be NO AMNESTY, NO GUEST-WORKER, NO TEMPORARY WORKER, NO PATHWAY TO CITIZENSHIP, NO EARNED CITIZENSHIP.
NONONONONONONONOONONONONONONONONO!!!!
   I am as MAD AS HELL AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!

Of course, once they do that we'll never be able to send them back, because that would mean breaking up families and that would be so mean.............Reply: If one or both of the Parents is Illegal then one or both of the Parents should be sent back! This type of "Politically correct"? bleeding heart crap is for the birds...We can't Employ everybody & take everybody in from Foriegn countries or solve everybodys problems & the sooner this Country realises that the better off we will be.
temporary? The title lies, this sounds like a super Amnesty. Really sad that congress is trying to push this, but whats not to expect any more.
OK, the devil got the better of me this morning and after taking forever, I got through to Jeff Flake's office, and I asked if Rep. Flake was unwell because I thought he must be ill or something to put forward such a stupid, silly plan as 'touchback'. I said it makes no sense whatsoever. Unfortunately, illness is not the excuse, he's fine!

My guess is, the plan is, after the so-called "guest workers'" 6 years is up, the government will cry foul and say there's just "no way" we can round up millions of guest workers and send them back home. "Oops we made a boo boo...oh well, guess we'll just have to let them stay and give them all amnesty."
It's a huge scam, and it's pathetic if the American people fall for it.
Does anyone listen to Rick Roberts? http://www.760kfmb.com/podcast/rick/ He's been commenting on how closely aligned this Bill is with Bush's Security and Prosperity Program www.spp.gov He's also been commenting on how the 14th amendment isn't being addressed in this as some of you have mentioned. This does look like a piece of a much bigger agenda doesn't it? Namely the NAU.
