Under the Gutierrez-Flake bill, qualified foreign guest workers would get three-year visas that they could renew for another three years, then they'd be required to return home.

And just HOW do they propose to get them to go back home?

This has to be the most ludicrous piece of proposed legislation I've ever seen. I mean, think about it. WHAT on earth is going to make these people go home after their 6 years is up? Why WOULD they go home? I mean....go home to WHAT??? No job, no place to live, no medical care, no schools for their children. COME ON PEOPLE!!! GET REAL!!! You can't get them to go home NOW, or even keep them out of the country in the first place...do you HONESTLY think you're going to be able to keep track of, and regulate, millions of "guest workers" moving in and out of the U.S. on some sort of time schedule? These people aren't here to be "guests". They're here because they have NO LIFE in Mexico. They have no reason to STAY there, and they'll have no reason to GO BACK THERE when their alloted time in the U.S. is up.

This is such a crock of ****. It blows my mind that anybody could fall for this and actually think it will WORK. You'll have people coming here as "guest workers", who will give birth here, put their children in school here, establish lives here, and then you're going to tell them to go back to the hell they left? And you actually think they'll GO????????

These people are NOT looking for temporary relief. They're looking for a permanent solution to the poverty and hopelessness of their lives. And they see the U.S. as the only answer for them. They risked their lives to get here, and they sure as heck aren't going to just pack their little suitcases, throw themselves a bon voyage party and then skip merrily back to where they came from.

This so-called "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" is a joke. It will reform absolutely nothing.

To those Politicians who vote FOR AmNASTY need to be tried for Treason NOT just removed from office.

JAIL time is in order, these Political theives have taken enough away from us Americans! We did not vote these people into office to take away our American rights.

Our AMERICAN laws are inplace to keep us from outside harm and these Illegals are doing just that. Look around, ask questions and you will find more & more Americans out of work, more & more homes forclosed due to lower AMERICAN wages.

Time for "OUR RALLY", fellow AMERICANS, to rid us of these Illegals!!!
