El Alberto, a Hñahñu Indian village 120 miles north of Mexico City, started EcoAlberto Park seven years ago to give its residents an economic alternative to migration.
Most of the town’s 2,500 residents — up to 90 percent, by local estimates — have crossed illegally into the United States.

Our government doesn't fund Disney World, Sea World, Disney Land, Six Flags Over Texas, etc. Mexico needs to counter our efforts, as little as they are, of enforcement and border security because they must keep encouraging Mexican citizens to enter the United States illegally. How else are they going to keep those remittances coming in?Tourist Attraction or Training Facility for Illegals?
