    A former El Paso Border Patrol Agent could spend the next 15 years of his life behind bars.

    Noe Aleman Junior was convicted Monday in federal court of conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and two counts of alien smuggling.


    Prosecutors say Aleman tried to circumvent legal adoption policies by smuggling three teenage girls into the country from Mexico.

    Aleman will be sentenced in July.

    Adoption Policies? I think that we all know what these poor girls were in for when they "got settled."
