West Palm Beach, Fla. — It was during John McCain’s answer to a second question about immigration at a town-hall meeting here Thursday, that I began to wonder what McCain would have thought had he known a couple of years ago what he’d be saying on the campaign trail now.
Certainly back then he would have been shocked to know he’d be playing to voters who want to pardon the border agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean, while extolling the virtues of a border wall, and speaking in detail about what sections of the border need what sort of fencing. It’s not hard to imagine the McCain of a yore thinking the current McCain needs a good dose of “straight talk.â€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

From an email I received:
Does McCain agree with this? Has he offered Hernandez, a former high-level foreign government official who presumably swore an oath to uphold the Mexican constitution, a place in a future McCain Administration? That’s not a rhetorical question.â€Want to make people angry? Lie to them.
Want to make them absolutely livid? Tell 'em the truth."

McCain in my humble opinion is a self-absorbed spoiled rich old dude who should never be elected for any important office, while a senior citizen my self I do believe there should be a limit of 70 on presidential candidates I have seen many people very sharp over that age however seeing the world as it is today becomes increasingly difficult as one ages.
America with its policy of outsourcing, loss of manufacturing, importing of slave labor and increasingly difficult to attract young men to the military can no longer afford to be a police force and nation builder for the world either we must accept that or we will fail.I'm old with many opinions few solutions.

Oldguy-
I am 74 years old--very soon to be 75. I was going to agree with you, but now, I cannot remember on what issue.
But whatever the voters want me to say, I will say yes because I won't remember it 5 minutes from now.
PS All joking aside--I totally agree with you. My concern is how quickly the electorate seems to forget McCain's recent amnesty bill and other Democratic plans.
