    Officer Injured At Hollywood Minuteman Rally
    Several Counter Protesters Were Arrested

    (AP) LOS ANGELES An LAPD officer was injured and several demonstrators were arrested at an anti-illegal immigration protest Saturday evening in Hollywood.

    LAPD spokesperson Sandra Escalante says the female officer apparently hurt her ankle while clashing with protesters.

    Escalante said "several" arrests were made.

    The rally, attended by various anti-illegal immigration groups, took place at Hollywood Boulevard and Argyle Avenue. The crowd was estimated at about 200.

    It's wonderful to see our patriots in action. Thank you for bringing pictures to us. It burns me up to see some dumbass with the american flag dragging it on the ground.

    that's the pic that stuck out for me too. And, ya know....it's good and I'm grateful that LADY took the time to post them because it only serves to make my resolve rock solid agains these disgusting people who have no respect or love for our nation.

    Those are the images that will forever be imbedded in my memory so that in my exaustion I'll be able to muster adrenalin to go on.
