Border Patrol Agents Arrest Criminal Alien from China in Bangor, Maine

BANGOR, Maine – On Monday, November 2, United States Border Patrol Agents arrested a Chinese National with multiple criminal convictions and a prior order of removal.

While performing law enforcement duties in Bangor, agents from the Houlton Station observed a suspicious vehicle with Massachusetts plates.

A records check on the vehicle revealed the registered owner as a previously deported Chinese National with an extensive criminal history.

The subject, who was considered possibly armed and dangerous, also had a criminal history including convictions for larceny, robbery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

After processing, Border Patrol Agents turned over custody of the Chinese National to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement Removal Operations (ICE/ERO) for removal.
