    Border Patrol agents arrested a Mexican man Tuesday, just five days after the federal government deported him.

    Agents arrested Cruz Santa-Maria near Hidalgo.

    "Record checks revealed the Defendant was formally Deported/Excluded from the United States on July 6, 2017, through Laredo, Texas," according to the federal criminal complaint against him.

    Santa-Maria is charged with illegal re-entry.

    An attorney who represents Santa-Maria didn't respond to a request for comment.

    That and throw that illegal in jail for for few years at least we will know where he is until the wall is built.
