Border Patrol agents make 363-pound marijuana bust near Roma

Border Patrol agents seized 363 pounds of marijuana Saturday near Roma, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Agents assigned to the Rio Grande City Station spotted several people carrying bundles north from the Rio Grande near Roma, according to an agency news release.

When Border Patrol agents approached, the people dropped the marijuana bundles and fled to Mexico.

Agents seized the truck and narcotics, which will be turned over to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
