Border Patrol Catch Deported Alien Convicted of Sex Offenses
Child Sex Convict Hiding Out in Vista

Vista, Calif. - Last week, Border Patrol agents in Vista arrested a male Mexican national who was previously convicted for sex crimes with a minor.

The 34-year-old suspect was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at approximately 11 a.m., without incident, in a residence in Vista.

Record checks revealed that the suspect was sentenced to a 40-month prison sentence for his February 2006 criminal conviction for lewd and lascivious act with a child and two counts of sex with a minor. He was deported from the country on August 18.

The suspect is facing criminal prosecution for re-entering the U.S. due to his status as a deportee.

The enforcement efforts of highly-skilled agents enhances the Border Patrol’s ability to detect, identify, classify, respond to, and ultimately resolve all threats within the San Diego Sector theater of operations.

Less than three months later this scum bag is already back! This is the garbage that drives me absolutely insane! These criminal predators come and go as they please because they know the chances of them facing any real consequences are slim to none!

This is the trash that's flowing across that border because he have so called political "leaders" who would rather pursue politically correct agendas, as opposed to protecting the American citizens who elected them into office!

Is there any doubt this predator would have raped another child if given the opportunity!

Many of them are deported several times. Meanwhile more children's lives are destroyed.Seal the border's and stop this damn revolving door.

Sounds like we need some tent prisons in California doesn't it?
