    My husband and his three sons are all in construction. Jim has worked at this trade since he was a young adult. It's really difficult here in Texas now b/c of all the 'day laborers' who are here seasonally and illegally. They come during the summer months when the work is good...they leave for Mexico around Thanksgiving to spend all the holidays with their families there. The come back around the middle of February when the weather is better and jobs are coming in again. They live very well in their own country from money they've taken from my own family...they're taking food off the tables of my kids and grandkids.
