Border Patrol Finds 12 Illegal Immigrants in U-Haul Truck

FALFURRIAS - Border Patrol agents find several illegal immigrants inside a U-Haul truck at a South Texas checkpoint.

Agents say a canine alerted them to 12 illegals at the Falfurrias checkpoint around 8 Thursday night. They found the immigrants hiding inside boxes with the lids closed. The illegals said they were hot and having a tough time breathing.

Robert Trevino was arrested and arraigned for immigrant smuggling. He confessed to authorities he was going to get paid $1,500 to take the illegals to San Antonio.

Ice told authorities to let them go because according to them Incompetano gave a speech telling ICE not to apprehend or deport "Dream Act" eligible illegal aliens, despite the fact members of both parties in our Congress defeated it. Once again the rule of law means nothing to this administration.
