Undocumented immigrant wanted for attempted murder

A 31 year old man arrested by Border Patrol agents near San Miguel Tuesday turned out to be a wanted man in Oregon.

During processing, agents discovered a warrant for the man from Oaxaca, Mexico out of Oregon City, Oregon.

He is wanted for attempted murder and attempted aggravated felony assault with a weapon from an incident in 2004.

Tucson sector agents will turn him over to the Pima County Sheriff's Department for extradition.
