Hallelujah! But isn't this the same Supreme Court that ruled against many facets of SB 1070? Strange that they've finally seen the light. This is a victory for Americans-- especially the unemployed and heavily taxed type.

Socialist Appointed Judges on the Supreme Court

    Stephen Gerald Breyer
Appointed by Democratic President Bill Clinton in 1994

    Ruth Joan Bader Ginsburg
Appointed by Democratic President Bill Clinton in 1993

    Sonia Maria Sotomayor
Appointed by Democratic President Barack Obama in 2009

Wake up American!!!! I can't stress enough how important it is to keeps these people out of judicial positions. This is why you shouldn't elect Socialists and Marxists to the become president of the United States! They will install their evil doing judges to deal with the masses.

Remember, many who were purged in the USSR were first put up in a show trial to make an example of them and were convicted by a court controlled by a communist judge.

This is why it is so very important to take part in the political process, no matter how abhorrent it may be. We need the GOP to put up decent candidates that we can feel at least halfway good voting for, so we can keep the socialist dems out of the Presidency and Congress!!

Thank God for the Supreme Court ruling!

Thank Arizona for fighting all the way to the Supreme Court.

We finally have a ruling in favor of the sovereignty of the United States.
How does Beyer, Ginsburg and Sotomayor propose that we protect ourselves if we don't enforce our laws? Do they really care?

NEVER vote for a marxist or socialist to ANY elected office!

Let's be fair. There are alot of Republicans not pushing too hard for this either! McCain comes to mind (unless he is running for re - election).

Have to see where they stand and if they are consistent.

Here Is the entire decision, http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/10pdf/09-115.pdf feel free to copy and paste excerpts from this fantastic ruling to this blog... Here Is one of them .... The Arizona licensing law is not impliedly preempted by federal law. At its broadest, the Chamber’s argument is that Congress in-tended the federal system to be exclusive. But Arizona’s procedures simply implement the sanctions that Congress expressly allowed the States to pursue through licensing laws. Given that Congress spe-cifically preserved such authority for the States, it stands to reason that Congress did not intend to prevent the States from using appro-priate tools to exercise that authority.

"We first addressed the interaction of federal immigra-tion law and state laws dealing with the employment ofunauthorized aliens in De Canas, 424 U. S. 351. In that case, we recognized that the “[p]ower to regulate immi-gration is unquestionably . . . a federal power.â€

Other states will pass this law now that it has the stamp of approval by the SCOTUS.

You realize, McCain is a Democrat. He almost switched parties I beleive in 2001 but decided to remain a Republican and run against Bush Jr. in the Presidential Primary, instead of go head to head against him in the general election.

I agree, there are plenty of RINOS left to avoid and to get out of office.
