Illegal aliens put ahead of and preferred before Americans again if DACA recipients get amnesty. It isn't "Hire American" if illegal aliens take jobs. More states will feel a need to give in state tuition. They will get more taxpayer monies. More anchor babies for years to come through DACA illegal aliens that will number in the millions. They will vote.
It isn't 700,000, it is over 840,000 and growing every day that President Trump gives amnesty.

Governor Says Trump Administration Promised They Will Only Deport Criminals, Won’t Undo DACA
Terry McAuliffe, chairman of the National Governors Association, said that Homeland Security chief John Kelly promised the administration would only target criminals for deportation, would not institute random spot checks and would not end DACA.

WASHINGTON — The chairman of the National Governors Association says the Trump administration promised only criminals will be deported and ICE agents will not perform random spot checks for people living in the United States illegally.
As the Department of Homeland Security moves ahead with plans to hire thousands of new agents and take a more aggressive approach to deportation, 46 governors came to Washington over the past three days to meet their federal colleagues for the NGA’s winter meeting.
Virginia’s Democratic governor Terry McAuliffe, who is chair of the group, said he was “emphatically” assured by Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly that only people involved in criminal enterprises will be targeted for deportation.
He said Kelly also assured him that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents will not start conducting random spot checks of individuals to see if they are in the country legally.
McAuliffe, a strong supporter and longtime friend of the Clintons, said he had dinner with President Trump Sunday evening and brought up the same issues. While he was more vague in describing that conversation, he said Trump made similar assurances.
“I have been very bothered. There were instances in Virginia where people had walked out of a church, a hypothermia center, and were stopped by ICE agents,” said McAuliffe. “Is the new standard in America that we are just randomly going to stop individuals?”
He also said Secretary Kelly promised the administration would “absolutely not” undo DACA, the Obama White House’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which protects children brought illegally to the country from deportation. McAuliffe said he urged Kelly to spread this message to the American people to counteract a “chilling effect” that had taken hold.
“If indeed what Gen. Kelly has indicated today, that most people are fine, they will not be touched, then he needs to convey that to the American public because you can’t just continue to say ‘we are deporting the bad guys,” he said.
On Monday, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said a new immigration ban executive order would be coming later this week to replace the January 27 order that has been challenged in court.
Trump is addressing a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night and Spicer told reporters “you will hear a lot about immigration.”

Yep, I'm about as red between the ears as a person can get! :-x

If only Kris Kobach was sitting at Homeland Security. No wonder General Kelly objected to him being involved. Kelly was quick to clarify no mass deportations and no military.
There seems to be too many amnesty lovers in important positions. Alexander Acosta is such a terrible choice for Labor Secretary.
Mick Mulvaney signs off on Executive Orders. He mocked Steve King and supports amnesty.
With up to 30 million illegal aliens here and a target of possibly 2 million criminals for deportation, we are apparently going to have many staying.

It would seem that trump knew he would not be able to do what he was saying but the crowds ATE IT UP & got him elected. He is a showman, he loves the crowds/attention, still holding rallys. Remember " I can be any way I want to be" or similar words leak? He was being pressured to conform to the globalists which ryan obviously is, mcconnell too and many more. He knew he would have to play ball with them or he would not be elected. It was apparent something was going awry when contradictions were spoken and those people were chosen for positions.
Only criminals will go - do not be surprised if daca AND dapa with all their anchor babies stay and continue overbreeding. The idea that people are scared is a positive for fighting illegal immigration - we want them to leave. Where is the talk of mandating E-verify for every job - there is none. Are they serious @ eliminating illegals or just shooting their mouth off to appease Americans that want results?
Meanwhile they have the power now to toxic the country up for dirty energy for so called jobs when illegals hold millions of jobs? The expansion of yesterday's dirty energy is for the big boys pockets$$$$ - remove regulations that protect our land, air, water FOR MORE PROFITS! Aside from the rich business men, many, many politicians have a good deal of stock in those industries.
Where is trump's, kelly's talk of the COSTS $$$ to us for having illegals here breeding galore? California released that 17% of their budget goes to illegals and that is just one state - how much is federally funded? Why should people have to pay state or federal taxes to be given for illegals use?

DREAMERs get to stay.
Anchor babies all get to stay.
Will all of their parents will get to stay too?

Looks like it might be only criminal illegal aliens will deported. All others will get to stay, unfortunately. Democrats, CoC and RINOs will be happy. I hope I'm wrong about this. Otherwise, I'm still waiting for all the deportations Trump promised.
