He can't do anything @ the anchor babies, they have US birth certificates that our hospitals gave them. Remove the parents by enacting E-verify and they will go with them only to come back & bring their parents back too because they are citizens & could request the whole family be here, UNLESS THAT ACT IS CLARIFIED WHICH WILL TAKE YEARS IN THE COURTS. And would probably NOT be retroactive.

The illegals are here in the mega millions and they are laughing at American citizens - they have conquered our land and we have to pay for their everything. The most to hope for is E-verify, many leave and don't come back but do not count on that. What happened to "they will have to leave and a big door to come back"? Nobody is leaving except a few hundred criminals.

Trump is not running this show on his own - puppet ryan and his backers decide many things. No E-verify, no border wall money, no DACA deported etc.

Meanwhile all regulations that protected our health and habitat for creatures were removed day one!

I also noticed in Jeff Sessions statements the other day he made it clear to state and local law enforcement that some of the consent decrees will be walked back, and I don't think a Trump/Sessions DOJ will file suits against state and local law enforcement for enforcing US immigration law.

Trump could/should issue an Executive Order of some type on this while Congress twiddles its thumbs. He has the authority to do that. The crazy notion that only the federal government can enforce laws against illegal aliens is just wrong. The federal government has sole authority over naturalization, and it has authority under the Constitution to prohibit immigration, but there is nothing that restricts enforcement of US immigration law to only the federal government. That's just a completely erroneous position. Federal agencies may be required to issue a deportation order, under the present law, may be required to verify status of the illegal alien, and unless others are deputized, may be the best ones to arrange physical removal to their home countries. But any state and local law enforcement agency can arrest and detain, the same as they do most federal laws that involve a state.

It's all so frustrating because we want it all done now and the only thing that can be done now is:

As far as I am concerned, every illegal should be deported - clean house - no citizen, no visa, no green card, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE HERE - BYE, GET OUT! And that is perfectly LEGAL! All the diversionary talk, movements are deceitful and of the devil. The law is clear and has not been followed.

Doesn't jive with "economic growth thru immigration" or cheap labor gormandizers but just enforce the law, no exceptions. Either you have paperwork proving permission to be on our soil or you don't - simple as that. Do you have permission to work in this country? - no tickee, no laundry -

Exactly. That's really all we've ever needed to do is just deport their asses out of here, no mercy, no exceptions, 1 minute deportation hearing consisting of two simple questions:

1. are you a citizen, yes or no (verify with ICE)
2. do you have valid unexpired documents, yes or no (verify with ICE)
3. if no and no, out you go.

Load 'em up, and haul 'em out here, families intact, no child left behind. Have the vehicles ready every day to transport them out of here. For those in far off lands, put em on a plane, one way ticket to their home country, notify their home country and that's it.

With all the legal immigration & work visas that we allow already, there is no excuse for illegals to be here. It is unsafe for our citizenry and costly financially. Are we the USA or part of the globalists agenda of "open borders, come & go as you please, take jobs", oh - ryan's words!

So we know this is true - actually our government knows this is true. Well, some of them. There are some I doubt have had an independent thought in the last 20 years.

So what can we do?

The really sad thing about this whole situation is the fact there are millions and millions of Americans who also know this - who have felt the burden, the actual crimes, the demise of our education, and all the other detrimental things.

So why aren't we getting together to really take action. We aren't even willing to boycott those companies that hire illegals. It's just too much trouble.

So we talk, we post and then we run to the polls to vote in another Republican who is going to fix everything. We don't stop to realize we have a lot of Republicans around this country and they are selling us out as fast or faster than the other side of the one party system.

We need to open our eyes.

The so called two party system has a stranglehold on this country. The way things are set up, there is no chance for other ideas and other (not bought and paid for) politicians to get into power.

It's unbelievable what is going on. Trump is strong, strongest person I've ever seen and he'll get it done in spite of it all. It would be nice if our side could unite behind him, but it doesn't look or sound like that's going to happen, he'll not even have that to help him.

I would be 100% behind him, which won't make any difference, but for me to continue to support him, he has to stop playing the touch-feely game and start governing.

He needs to stop trying to be 'compassionate' and realize that compassion for this country, it's people, and the world will be for this country to once again, be a truly strong country.

A country without one sided trade deals that rob the American people of jobs and of their monies, because of cheap goods.

A country that is not full of foreigners who have broken the law to be here,, borken many laws to remain here, who get jobs that Americans need, then get benefits thanks to the American people. Foreign invaders who have tha audacity to demand education, healthcare, to remain here, etc., etc.

A country where we can once again, afford healthcare. The illegals have destroyed that - with the help of the pharmaceuticals, and the healthcare corporations.


A country where we do not have to see our sons/daughters/husband/wives sent to some foreign country to fight some war for some reason - just because the war profiteers want to make a fortune.

A country where we have a real war on drugs - or a drug program. Let's start following that money - and don't stop until we get to the big guys. Then come up with some plan - consider legalization.

Then we will have a strong country.

Yeah, I was getting a little sick of the " have heart" and the "little babies" dribble myself, nntrixie, until I figured out why he's doing it. He has a plan. He wants to do things and get them done like a businessman, "quickly and quietly." It's a "look over here, while I'm over there". He doesn't want any more lawsuits that could go to the US Supreme Court on immigration, because Americans have lost with the courts every single time. They only blocked DACA and DAPA because of a failure to provide adequate notice in the Federal Register, a technicality. He's not going to take a chance with the courts, not even now with Gorsuch.
