    Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Honduras, Syria and Nepal

    We have updated information regarding the following TPS and TPS-based Employment Authorization Documents (EADs):

    • TPS for Honduras will terminate Jan. 5, 2020. EADs are automatically extended through Jan. 1, 2019.
    • TPS for Syria is designated through Sept. 30, 2019. EADs are automatically extended through Sept. 27, 2018.
    • TPS for Nepal will terminate June 24, 2019. EADs are automatically extended through Dec. 21, 2018.

    NO AUTOMATIC EXTENSIONS...LOAD 'EM UP AND MOVE 'EM OUT!

    TERMINATE AND DEFUND THIS PROGRAM...WE DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR IT!
