Illegal immigrants captured in Milton

Four illegal immigrants were charged Thursday in Williamsport’s Middle District Court.

36-year-old Nicasio Lopez of Honduras was apprehended in Milton and charged with unlawfully re-entering the United States.

In addition, 22-year-old Roque Perez, 34-year-old Adgar Ureste-Meza and 23-year-old Juan Mayen-Rivas, all of Mexico face the same charges.

If convicted, the men could face fines of more than $250,000 as well as a maximum of 10 years in prison.
