    GREENSBORO – A Madison man was arrested and charged last week in federal court on charges he produced and sold fraudulent immigration and Social Security documents, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

    Juan Ruiz Hernandez, 32, is charged with the manufacture, sale and distribution of fraudulent Permanent Resident cards and fraudulent Social Security cards, according to a news release.

    Authorities arrested him last week at his Madison home, where he allegedly was running the fraud operation.

    If convicted, Ruiz-Hernandez faces up to 15 years in federal prison, a fine of up to $250,000, or both, along with three years of supervised release.
    How about confiscating EVERYTHING he owns along with the fine? Afterall, it's all ill gotten gains. And screw the supervised release... DEPORT!
