Truckee Man Faces 9 Child Molestation Offenses

TRUCKEE, Calif. -- A man has been arrested after police said he was investigated on lewd acts involving a juvenile female and an adult male.

Juan Jose Garcia-Nieves, 27, is facing a felony complaint charging him with nine different child molestation offenses.

He is being held on a $150,000 bail plus an immigration hold.

Police said the abuse had occurred over a seven-year period and that there is no indication of any further victims.
