It is weird that the article did not bring up the illegals. World Net usually has NO problem bringing to light any/all issues dealing with illegals.

Last night Glenn Beck had a segment about Vallejo, CA. It is on the verge of bankruptcy. It will be the first American city to go bankrupt. They have overspent, just like the nation, and the state of California. The state can't come in to bail the out. This city could collapse. It is also highly Hispanic. When they don't get the freebies, they will move. They looking at shutting down fire stations on a rotating basis, just to name one item them may be cutting back on.

Instead of bailing out the subprime mortgage racketeers, what if the federal government were to begin reimbursing state and local governments for the expenses incurred from providing services to millions of illegal immigrants?

My son lives in a beautiful neighborhood around San Clemente. He moved there for the beaches cause he loves to surf. But, he is really getting upset at the illegal alien population and wants to relocate to another part of the country.
Its a shame, but California might be lost forever.

I agree. Our kids moved out a little over a year ago because even Orange County is a mess or so expensive to be in good areas that it isn't worth giving them their money.

We are only spending $100 billion a year on the war, so that would not be nearly enough. We just need to stop spending any money on illegals, not one red cent!

Yes, it will be called the Big California Bailout of 2009. That whole state will only be illegals as all the Americans leave to spare their families from the MS 13 gangs. I fear TX wont be far behind.
