The U.S. authorities must prevent the mass deportation because there are records that over 56% of those deported were sentenced for crimes in the United States, explained the owner of the ProcuradurÃ*a General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE).
Rommel Moreno Manjarrez said that in 2006 the Customs Agency and emigration sector of San Diego deport 16 thousand 476 persons and 56% had been convicted of crimes in the U.S..
During his participation in the National Meeting of Attorneys from the U.S. in Providence, Rhode Island, indicated that there is a need support from their counterparts in the United States and Canada to reduce the mass deportation of ex-convicts to Baja California.
"It's an issue that affects us a lot in Baja California, because some of the deportees are criminals System State Prison in California, as well as the states of Nevada, Washington and Oregon," she said.
He added that even they are deported before completing their sentences due to overcrowding in prisons throughout the United States.
Closure of borders to smuggle
In its participation at the meeting, the State Prosecutor added that another problem that arises in the border Mexico and the United States is arms trafficking.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Snuff, Firearms and Explosives U.S. estimated that 60% of illegal weapons circulating in Mexico have their origin in the U.S..
He described the routes of illegal weapons are the posts of San Isidro, California, Dallas, Texas, Phoenix, Arizona, among others.

So, let me get this straight.
Mexico is complicit, encourages and aid & abets shipping its criminals to the U.S. When they get caught, after committing more criminal acts here, serve some jail time (hopefully) and then are deported back to Mexico...Mexico complains that we are shipping their crimals back to them.
Have I entered the Twilight Zone???
