Ex-Texas School Chief Admits Falsifying Immigration Records


DALLAS (AP) — A former administrator with a Dallas-area school district has admitted he received kickbacks and other benefits by falsifying immigration documents so that teachers from Latin America and elsewhere could work in his district.

Sixty-three-year-old Victor Leos pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to conspiracy to commit false statements on immigration documents.

Leos was the human resources director for Garland schools and prosecutors say that from 2007 to 2012 he worked with outside recruiters to bring the foreign teachers to Garland.

He submitted false statements indicating qualified U.S. applicants could not be found for open positions so the bilingual teachers from abroad were necessary.

Foreign teachers he recruited later were denied citizenship and forced to leave the U.S.

He's scheduled for sentencing in August and faces up to five years in prison.

Congress better wake the hell up, read some history books, study some basic economics, get out of their SWAMP BUBBLES, and take some drives through some poor areas of the United States, which if you count the areas where Americans are secure by only one month's paycheck at a time, is 70% of the United States.

The primary culprits of this disease that infects US are bad trade policies and excess immigration through BOTH illegal and legal immigration policies of the United States. Bad tax policies, stupid health care monopolies, and over-regulation contribute greatly as well.

The Trump Agenda will fix this country if everyone gets behind this President to demand his Agenda be swiftly and completely funded and executed. Courts that stand in the way are traitors. Congress members who stand in the way are traitors. They are the SWAMP. Help him DRAIN IT.

Make him serve the ENTIRE 5 years.
