This is the time of year that people come from around the world to buy real estate in AZ. My perspective may be small but it appears that this year it is not happening. How much can be laid to the economy and how much can be credited to the fall-out from SB1070 is anyone's guess. Do potential buyers think that they simply can't abide to live amongst all us racist Arizonians? Do they fear the lawlessness of the illegals? Anyways, if you believe that good will triumph in this situation and if you know a senior who wants a beautiful mobile home in a guarded gated senior park we have some - cheep cheep cheep.
