Last week, the U.S. Congress passed four new bills to stop unlawful immigrants from gaining jobs. E-Verify found excellent reception along with three other bills. It’s about time our elected officials represented our American citizens rather than unlawful workers.

Let’s get down to brass tacks! Let’s deal with America’s most troubling problem by presenting our citizens with options. A recent CNN poll showed 87 percent of Americans want illegal immigration stopped.

Maybe we need to give Congress the citizenship test.

I also am in favor of all seven. I've thought they should close the immigration gates a long time ago. We need to assimilate the ones here legally and get out the illegals. Given how inefficiently the government works, that could take decades. It will be time to allow more in by then.
