A gallon of milk, a burnt out car light, and Aurora will likely have one less illegal immigrant.

Everyday life led to the worst that can happen for Gerardo Noriega, who was living illegally in Aurora when the never-ending fear of being deported became a reality.

Noriega, 20, was driving from his Aurora home to a grocery store in April 2010 when an Arapahoe County Sheriff pulled him over for a broken license plate light. The Mexican-born graduate of Smoky Hill High School was arrested for driving without a license and detained in Aurora’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement jail for three days.

The poor(SARCASM) mom is crying in all of the pictures of her. I'd cry too if I had a three year old, a 20 year old and however many other kids. Where is your personal responsibility in this? It's nowhere in sight as you expect us to pay for your "too many children" at all stages of your child bearing years!

So basicly were suposed to feel sorry for this kid? His parents became legal citizens but forgot to make their son legal! I'm suposed to feel bad and our laws are broken? No the truth is mom and dad did it and didn't take their own childs future in to concitteration so now they pay the pipper! As for the other lady if she cared for her children she wouldn't have put her family in this situation in the first place! To cry about how unfair our laws are isn't the real issiue here the issiue is these people didn't follow the rules and created a situation that jepordizes their current family inviorment! Its not the laws that are flawed in these situations but the people who assume that its ok to break them!!!
