Rubio is 'Plan B' for 'Establishment' (ALIPAC)

Rubio is 'Plan B' for 'Establishment'

    Friday, December 11, 2015
    | Chad Groening OneNewsNow.com

A pro-immigration enforcement activist says Sen. Marco Rubio is the "Establishment's" new choice among the GOP presidential candidates.

Rubio is their pick because Jeb Bush's campaign has "imploded," says William Gheen of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC.

Gheen and ALIPAC oppose Rubio due to his liberal views on illegal immigration, including his involvement in the "Gang of Eight" that pushed through an amnesty bill in the U.S. Senate in 2013.

Rubio has a "D" rating with Numbers USA, an immigration that advocates lower immigration into the United States.

Gheen says the so-called Establishment Republicans are aware that Bush is polling in single digits, 3.6 percent and a distant fifth place according to RealClearPolitics.

"Now that Jeb's campaign has imploded," says Gheen, "now they're trying to move the Bush team supporters behind Rubio. Rubio is their Plan B."

Meanwhile, Gheen says his organization's supporters are flocking to Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. An internal poll by ALIPCAC showed those two candidates are "dominating," with Trump leading with 58 percent and Cruz at 37 percent.

Both Trump and Cruz have "A" ratings from Numbers USA.

I can't stand Rubio! By the public's polls, assuming they're not crooked, nobody else does either.

    Go Trump!

And if Trump does fall, Go Cruz, but I hope Trump takes us all the way!

I like Cruz, but I think Trump would stand better against Hillary, or any democrat for that matter.

What is disappointing is that even in third place Rubio is receiving support despite the fact he passed the illegal alien amnesty bill S. 744 in 2013 that would have wiped American conservatives off the political map forever.

I think after tonight's debate, Rubio is going to plummet. Trump will pick up most of his folks.

Yes, Trump will be the one to beat Hillary. Pay no mind to the "head to head" polls on that right now. Most of those people are Democrats and Independents who honestly don't pay that much attention to the actual policies and positions of our candidates, they just read the hysterical inaccurate headlines and dishonest media misrepresentations. They will learn about the actual policies and positions during the General Election campaign and Trump will bury her, because then they will see what we see.

I agree that Trump is our best bet at this point. With that said, our only logical #2 choice is Cruz. Right now the GOP elites, establishment, or whatever you want to call them, are pulling their hair out in frustration. I love it!

Since Carson is descending on his own, perhaps ALIPAC should spend a little more of our stretched time and energy to remind people about Rubio's 2013 illegal alien amnesty bill S. 744 that Obama and all the Democrats loved?

I agree. The biggest problem we face with Rubio is that he is a very good speaker. Passion, charisma and confidence are well displayed. If I did not know how horrible he is, if I was an uninformed voter, I might succumb to his charms.
So yes, I support ALIPAC informing the people about Rubio and his establishment ways. Ben Carson doesn't have what it takes in my opinion. I wouldn't waste anymore time on an issue that will take care of itself.

Please donate to ALIPAC. Every little bit helps.
