Stolen citizenship is NOT citizenship--he is an illegal alien who needs to be deported for identity fraud, lying and illegally working and marrying.

His marriage should be invalid too.

He could be married in his native country.

Corrections Officer Fired In Citizenship Fraud Case (update)

Corrections Officer Fired In Citizenship Fraud Case 04-30-2008 4:56 AM
(Las Vegas, NV) -- A Metro corrections officer has been fired from his job in what authorities are calling a citizenship fraud case. Police say 33-year-old Tzenko Dimitrov was relieved of duty without pay earlier this week. Authorities say they learned Dimitrov obtained his 2006 U.S. citizenship illegally, based on a fraudulent marriage. Police allege Dimitrov and his female accomplice forged the name of an actual citizen on a marriage license application, then got married using the information. That certificate was then sent to federal Immigrations and Customs Enforcement to support Dimitrov's citizenship application. A tip to police led an investigation that ended with Dimitrov's arrest. He was booked on counts of forgery and offering a false instrument for record, and is now free on his own recognizance.
