Cross-Border Cooperation Leads to Bust of Mexican Human Smuggling Stash House

Cross-border cooperation between Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents and Mexican law enforcement officials led to the rescue of 24 migrants being held in a stash house in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.

Border Patrol agents assigned to the Laredo Sector Intelligence Unit received information from sources about a large group of migrants being held in a stash house in Nuevo Laredo, according to information obtained by Breitbart Texas from Laredo Sector officials. The agents provided the information to the Laredo Sector’s Foreign Operations Branch who, in turn, contacted the Government of Mexico.

Mexican law enforcement officials went to the house and discovered 24 people locked inside the home. The Mexican law enforcement operation resulted in the rescue of 24 migrants — all from Guatemala. Ages and genders of the migrants were not disclosed in the Laredo Sector statement.

“This enforcement action clearly demonstrates the exceptional level of binational cooperation that the Border Patrol has with the Government of Mexico,” Assistant Chief Patrol Agent Gabriel Acosta said in a written statement. “We fully intend to continue this level of cooperation between both governments to detect and prevent the smuggling of individuals.”

Migrants are frequently held in stash houses located south of the U.S. border with Mexico while the cartel-connected human smugglers await the timing for setting up a border crossing. Frequently, the smugglers will use the opportunity to attempt to extort additional funding from family members of the migrants, Border Patrol officials told Breitbart Texas in the past. In addition, migrants are subjected to inhuman housing conditions and are frequently beaten or otherwise assaulted.

The smugglers will often attempt to time the smuggling of humans across the border to set up a distraction for Border Patrol agents while they attempt to move drugs across the border at another location.

The Laredo Sector is responsible for securing 170 miles of river border with Mexico to prevent the smuggling of drugs and humans as well as to protect this country from terrorists who might attempt to take advantage of border conditions in this sector. There are zero miles of border fencing or walls in this sector, Chief Acosta told Breitbart Texas in a recent interview.

It's just nasty and disgusting low-life third world crap. Gawd damn, I'm so sick of these people. Let me tell you, these people do not raise you up, they haul you down to a point you can't ever rise from. It's why we have borders, it's why we have immigration law, it's why we have Border Patrol, it's why we have ICE, it's why we have "Judges", it's why we have state and local law enforcement, it's why we have National Guard, it's why we have military all to protect our nation from foreign invaders we do not want or need in our country.

And you know what? It's all been one big fat huge fail for 30 years. And there are no innocents, not locally, not state, not BP, not ICE, not NG, not Military, not DOJ, not DHS. It has all been a huge failure. And there is no denying that. Across the board. And any silly member of Congress who thinks handing out visas or amnesty or work permits of any kind to illegal aliens is the right way to go are just dead wrong and brain dead stupid.

President Trump will have to fix this himself, with Pompeo, Navarro, Miller and Bolton. They're swamped right now with the North Korea Summit in Singapore, the trade deals, then we'll have the Russia Summit, and then they and they alone will have to devise a plan to fix this gawd damn mess, because everyone else is really just ... useless. They may mean well, but their methods aren't working. There's 30 million of these people in our country and every one of them has to go to fix our country.

It is so frustrating. It's also pathetic that we get excited about a stash house in Mexico with 24 in it, when we've got 30 million of them already inside the United States.

What about AG Jeff Sessions? So far he has been very busy combating our illegal immigration problem. I give him more credit than any of the other you've listed, including President Trump. While Sessions has been loyal to Trump campaign vision, I feel he is acting alone in many of his actions. Heck, supposedly he and Trump don't even communicate because of Trump's continued tantrums over the Russian collusion probe. Least we forget, it was Donald Trump that adopted many of Sessions positions on immigration and border security during his campaign. Of course Sessions former aid, Stephen Miller, was an integral part of that.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due. What has Pompeo, Navarro, and Bolton done to combat our illegal immigration and border security problem?

The article makes out like all of these want to be illegals are victims. Well, they may be in part, but they were the ones that initiated the action that put themselves in those holding houses!

Trump needs to sign an EO that every person UNDER the age of 18 will be processed and sent back to their country of origin within 48 hours into the care and custody of THEIR countries authorities. Do NOT release them on our soil to anybody! Many of these minors have family back home. Let them come and claim them on their soil. These minors need to go back to their relatives as quickly as possible.

Every person OVER the age of 18 will be prosecuted and placed in Federal Tent City on Federal Land and serve 90 days or longer depending on their crimes. Then they will be deported on the spot. NO amenities and no visitor's except via skype.


ALL PREGNANT FEMALES WILL BE SENT TO THE HEAD OF THE LINE AND FAST TRACK THEM OUT OF HERE!
