EXCLUSIVE: Secret Taped Phone Call With ‘Refugee Services of Texas’ Reveals How Texas is About to be Overwhelmed and a Massive Transfer of Wealth from American Taxpayers to Syrian Refugees is Underway (VIDEO)

Border Invasion, Economy, Middle East, Today's News, War on Terror
    November 3,
TwitterThe U.S. Government’s meddling in the Middle East has created a massive problem that is now eating its way across the globe like an unstoppable cancer. Thanks to State Department and CIA efforts to topple governments in the Middle East, the entire region is now being ripped apart by war. As a result of war hundreds of thousands (If not millions) are fleeing for the West.

Unfortunately, the West is in no way capable of dealing with such a massive influx of people who cannot take care of themselves. Not financially, not morally and not mentally. Europe is on the verge of economic collapse and the U.S. is not far behind.

It’s bad enough for Europe (financially) that hundreds of thousands of people are flooding in and European nations have no capacity to deal with them. For the U.S. it’s worse, however, because we’re transferring billions of dollars to roll out the red carpet for Muslim refugees when our own citizens are struggling to make ends meet.

Here in the U.S. we’re not shuffling people into camps. No, here we’re setting Muslim refugees up with a better life than many taxpayers have. And these same taxpayers are footing the bill.

Everything I’ve said so far shouldn’t come as a surprise. Barack Obama recently announced he’s raising the refugee cap from 70,000 to 85,000 to make room for 15,000 Syrian refugees. His plan for next year involves the cap shooting to 100,000. This means some 45,000 Syrians, most of whom are likely Muslim, will enter the U.S. between now and the end of next year.

This you probably already know. What you might not know, though, is that every single one of them will likely get flights, a furnished apartment, monthly cash, education, healthcare, job placement assistance and more. This all starts the day they arrive.
When Obama says he’s bringing in 45,000 from Syria, he leaves out the part about how much it will cost taxpayers. He makes the announcement as if Syrians will find their way here, be allowed in and sent on their way to figure life out like the rest of us. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

Truth is, Obama’s federal government has been bankrolling organizations with billions of dollars in preparation for this invasion of foreigners. And he’s been doing it all right in front of us. None of it is hidden. Well, thanks to media it is hidden… but in plain sight.
Exactly how much are we talking here? Well, the State Department spent about $3 billion on refugee services for the fiscal year that ended September 30th of 2015. That amount is expected to increase this year.

Again, Obama spent $3 BILLION of our dollars moving foreigners into the U.S. as refugees last year.

How is all of this money being spent and through what process? The answer is not easy to explain. In fact, the money flows through a vast network of organizations via the Office of Refugee Resettlement. The ORR is a division of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

For this story we’re going to focus on Texas. The state of Texas is in for a wild ride over the next few years as its conservative, free market environment has created a gold mine for the fed when it comes to refugees.

Texas leads the nation in refugee resettlement because unlike most states, Texas has a bustling economy, a great job market and sustainable state government. Additionally, Texas has a vast network of resettlement agencies and astroturfed (Paid grassroots) refugee communities.

Texas has 26 organizations/agencies who plan on receiving Syrian refugees. We haven’t gone through each of them to see what kind of taxpayer dollars are flowing in, but we’ve pulled enough to know the sum is enormous.

In 2013/14, for example, the ORR funneled nearly $34,000,000 in mandatory spending and another $7,000,000 for the ‘Refugee Social Services Program.’ This funding was for Texas alone… never-mind the 49 other states and the funding pumped their way. And ALL of it is earmarked for refugees.

One of the largest networks set to receive Syrian refugees is the Refugee Services of Texas. $1,243,000 was redistributed to RST last year and that amount is expected to increase significantly this coming fiscal year. $1.2 million may not sound like a lot, but consider that RST only handles a small percentage of the refugees coming in.

The cost per refugee is unknown, but we know the Syrians coming will get flights, apartments, furniture, education, healthcare, a welcome kit that includes a lump sum of cash, monthly cash payments and job placement programs. We know this because it was all explained in a secretly recorded phone call obtained by a LibertyNews.com source in Texas.

The caller dialed one of the RST offices as a potential volunteer looking for information. During the course of the call the representative described the program along with the benefits that come with it.
    Listen to the call below.

The United States already has an overwhelming immigrant problem. With most immigrants illegally coming our way they do get access to our social welfare system, but they don’t get an instant new life paid for and funded by you and I. With Syrian refugees, however, they get transportation, a home, furniture, money, education and healthcare.
All of this while the U.S. economy teeters on the verge of collapse.
How is that “representative” government working out for you these days?

    Disgusting.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Church_World_Service

Church World Service (CWS) was founded in 1946 and is a cooperative ministry of 37 Christian denominations and communions affiliated with the National Council of Churches in the United States, providing sustainable self-help, development, disaster relief, and refugee assistance around the world. The CWS mission is to eradicate hunger and poverty and to promote peace and justice at the national and international level through collaboration with partners abroad and in the US.

    Program areas

CWS program areas mainly target education and advocacy, both of which are essential components in confronting the root causes of hunger. By raising awareness about hunger, poverty, water access, trade, human rights, climate change, peace building and other issues in its Speak Out alerts, CWS brings the voices and priorities of its partners and constituents into the halls of churches, community groups, and governments.

    Disaster Response[1]

When disaster strikes, CWS works with partners on the scene to provide shelter, food and water, blankets, recovery kits, counseling – the basics needed to ensure the survival of individuals and communities at risk. In addition to rapid emergency disaster response, CWS also provides long-term development initiative, helping vulnerable families and communities prepare for and recover from natural and human-caused calamities. For example, in drought-ridden Ethiopia, CWS and partners are assisting 120,000 people with food and seeds to restart farming activities.

In the United States, when disaster strikes, CWS dispatches disaster response specialists where needed in order to provide assistance to local interfaith groups assessing and responding to the material and spiritual needs of their communities. After Hurricanes Ike and Gustav hit the U.S. Gulf Coast, CWS reached out to its network of long-term recovery groups for project development support and also for provision of material resources such as CWS Blankets and Kits. Since Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, CWS has partnered with Habitat for Humanity and has invested in building long-term recovery capacity along the Gulf Coast. As a result of this collaboration more than 640 houses were repaired or rebuilt in the targeted area of the Gulf Coast.

    Assisting Refugees[2]

CWS helps meet the needs of refugees in protracted situations and those who are able to return home. It also serves tens of thousands of refugees, immigrants, and asylum seekers in the U.S. and around the world each year with screening for potential resettlement to the U.S., chaplaincy, legal, and other professional services. Working with denominations and congregational co-sponsors, CWS and its network of resettlement affiliates have welcomed and found new homes in the U.S. for more than 450,000 refugees since 1946.

    Immigration[3]

CWS strongly supports policies that allow illegal immigrants to remain in the United States and argues that Congress "should enact immigration reform that will provide a permanent solution and a path to citizenship for all our undocumented community members." CWS "encourages all members of Congress to support the President's actions" noting that "the lives of these [illegal immigrant] families will be improved by this action."

    CROP Hunger Walks[4]

The largest fund-raising events for Church World Service are CROP Hunger Walks (Christian Rural Overseas Program [1]). The first CROP Hunger Walk was in the 1960s. Now more than 2,000 communities across the U.S. join in CROP Hunger Walks each year. A unique aspect of CROP Hunger Walks is that Church World Service doesn't receive all of the money raised. Up to 25% of the money donated is given to local hunger fighting agencies which include food banks and community gardens. Additionally, those sponsoring a walker can specify whether Church World Service or an alternative global hunger-fighting agency will receive the remaining 75% of the donation.

    Blankets+[5]

Through the Blankets+ program, more than 8,000 congregations and groups enable CWS to respond to disasters and assist communities by providing the necessary tools needed to build sustainable lives.

    CWS Kits[6]

CWS Kits include Hygiene Kits, School Kits, Baby Kits, and Emergency Clean-up Buckets. Last year, with the support of affiliated congregations and religious groups, CWS provided 298,000 Kits in the United States and abroad.

Church World Service earned a B+ rating from the American Institute of Philanthropy[2] and was also named one of the Top 100 Highly Rated Charities by GiveSpot.com. CWS currently has a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator.[3]

On August 26, 2009 CWS was part of the 300+ Groups Ask Senate for Stronger Climate Bill letter to Senate.

This quote from the article on this page: Border Invasion, Economy, Middle East, Today's News, War on Terror
    November 3,
TThe U.S.

Let's get the record straight, neither Europe or American has to take in the "refugees" fleeing war in North Africa. There is no reason why we could not establish safe areas for real refugees in their home lands and give them aid there. None of the North African states like Saudi Arabia will take in their own Arab people they force them to go North to the stupid Europeans.

The whole refugee problem is an obvious fraud because pictures show that the "refugees" are 90% young healthy males who are capable of fighting for their homeland. We know many have deserted their wives and families to go to Europe anticipating a good life on European welfare and of course the opportunity to rape those beautiful blond European women. We know the human smugglers who charge a lot of money are soliciting young Arab men to go to Sweden or Germany for the best welfare benefits AND PROMISES OF "BLOND WOMEN." We know many of the refugees are not even from countries engaged in the Muslim warfare in Arab states.

All of this is happening not because of the war but because of Sweden, Germany and the EU in general with its stupid DOMESTIC OPEN DOOR POLICIES INVITING ARABS TO COME TO THEM. Let us understand which policies are causing the problems. EUROPE AND THE U.S. DO NOT HAVE TO IMPORT ARAB "REFUGEES" --DAMN IT!

In summary America's effort to preemptively fight the enemy over there instead of having to fight them over here was not a bad policy. What went wrong was, like in Viet Nam, the politicians, mostly Democrats, threw away the victories our military had won with stupid policies after we defeated the enemy.

A proactive foreign policy is not bad, what is bad is the ignorance of many Americans who elected Marxists politicians who are inherently anti-American and through incompetence or intentionally sabotage US foreign policy at every opportunity. Remember Hillary Clinton, and "anti--war" hippy John Carey and the Iranian nuclear arms talks?

The instability in the Middle East is the results of bad post war policies, the "refugee crisis" is the result of stupid domestic policies.

P.S. The danger is that the American public, who does not pay attention to any details other than football scores from last year, see the mess, generalize based on their ignorance and become isolationists who believe we should never get involved in any potential dangers from abroad. And then it will take another Pearl Harbor or 9/11 to temporarily make them realize we can not hide from the world.
