Democrat CYA [Mark Krikorian]

A bipartisan group of House members introduced an immigration resolution today that calls for mandatory E-Verify and finishing the fence, and rejects legalization for illegal aliens. The lead sponsors are Republicans Jason Chaffetz, an occasional guest here at the Corner, and Duncan Hunter (the younger), plus Blue Dog Democrats Frank Kratovil and Glenn Nye. In fact, of the 22 original sponsors, 10 are Democrats. This is fine as far as it goes, but if they'd also support getting rid of the egregious visa lottery and the brothers-and-sisters category, thereby cutting legal immigration by more than 100,000, we'd be taking a bigger first step in the right direction.

If these guys are serious, now is time to strike. Obama is a "lame duck" working with a bunch of unpopular washed out road hoeeeeeees.... The man is never going to be taken seriously, because he's an idiot and his advisors are idiots.

It's time to put forth any bill we need, during this lame duck Presidency.

Well one modification... be sure Obama doesn't get deported for his illegal allien status.. Give him some type of amnesty, lmao.
