DC - Bar Shooting Suspect Ordered Deported In 2007

THIS SHOOTING TOOK PLACE LESS THAN TWO MILES AWAY FROM THE WHITE HOUSE.

WHAT A HORRIFYING SITUATION THE AMERICAN PUBLIC HAS ON ITS HANDS WHEN ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE ROAMING FREE IN THE STREETS SHOOTING PEOPLE SO CLOSE TO THE WHITE HOUSE!!

WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal prosecutors say a man charged with fatally shooting a man at a D.C. bar has been wanted by immigration officials since 2007, after authorities discovered that he was in the country illegally.

At a hearing Monday, prosecutors argued that 24-year-old Alexis Pineda of Suitland, Md., a native of Guatemala, should be held in the D.C. jail and was a fugitive after immigration officials found him in Arizona and ordered him deported.

Pineda is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 24-year-old Jose Hernandez-Romero at a bar near the convention center on Sunday. According to charging documents, one witness told police that Pineda had been staring at Hernandez-Romero and shot him after he did not respond to a question.

Pineda was ordered held until an April 21 hearing.

Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented worker" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensed pharmacist"........

The sad thing is the shooter was from Maryland. And Casa de Maryland aids & abets illegal aliens in Maryland, and also hires attorneys for them when they get arrested. So my guess is that Casa de Maryland is scrambling to find lawyers and build a defense for this guy. Oh, and Casa de Maryland is funded by tax dollars. So chances are, my tax dollars are hard at work right now trying to make bail for this scumbag.

He was simply paying his bar tab with his free food stamps. This is a prime example why the capital punishment should stay in effect.HOW is this place getting tax money for illegals another prime example of broken system.

First thing is WHY was he not deported inthe first place? When an order to deport is issued that person needs to be deported that day, not a week , month, or years later. No time to pack. Send them with what they have ontheir backs and if they have possessions then auction them off to fund immigration prosecuting.
