    Hispanic Democrats are changing their strategy to get a sweeping rewrite of immigration laws passed, focusing attention on controversial workplace raids that have increased in the absence of a legislative fix.


    A handful of House and Senate leaders are set to meet this week to lay out a new course, which participants said will be centered around a grassroots campaign designed to elicit a greater level of awareness over the ramifications of a “raids-firstâ€

    I agree that the workplace raids are small time and do nothing more than give the Illegals leverage to cry foul!!! And Need to be Stopped!!

    We need to put a system in place that has the ability to catch them in the act of doing necessary things like going to the emergency room, the day labor sites, schools, and the motor vehicle dept. When they come to us and receive benefits that should be reserved for citizens and get caught at that location they can be documented and detained then deported. DDD!!! Then they can only blame them selves for getting caught in the act of fraud!! Humane reasons almost disappear. When a American Citizen gets caught for a crime they go to jail and is "Separated" from their family too its only Fair no mor no less Laws apply to everyone White, Black, Brown, Frickin Purple for all I care just take care of the problem.
