    Boo hoo hoo.

While the Marturia Presbyterian Church in Rochester fights to keep members of its congregation from being deported for their status as illegal aliens, another Seacoast church is losing the same battle.
I guess they don't realize that aiding and or abetting illegals is a crime.

Hartaty Sri Haveline, a 34-year-old Dover resident who attends the Portsmouth Seventh-day Adventist Church, is heading to Indonesia today with her two children, including an 11-month-old American-born daughter, church member Karen Amos of Somersworth said.
I hope you gave them a nice farewell party.

Haveline also was under a deportation order, but has said the couple never knew about the orders and had been appealing their denied religious asylum request.
    Yea, sure.

Amos said the church hasn't given up on helping Pangaribuan. She said she believes his asylum request was denied because he did not understand the complicated legal process immigrants must go through.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
