    Another Mexican Immigration Plan
[Allan Wall] @ 4:34 pm [Email author] [Email This Article] [Print This Article]

Mexican lawmakers are not happy about the recent fence bill passed in the U.S. Congress. But not to worry, they are working on ways to get around it.

If they can’t get a bilateral migratory accord signed between the U.S. and Mexico, a group of Mexican senators has an alternative–set up migratory accords between states in the U.S. and Mexico.

Their proposal would give permission to Mexican states to sign accords with states north of the border, for the hiring of Mexican workers. [Entregarán senadores a Calderón propuesta de reforma migratoria Notimex El Universal Mexico City, October 1, 2006]

When it comes to meddling in U.S. immigration law, Mexican lawmakers can be very resourceful. Why can’t they display that same talent in figuring out ways to improve Mexico’s economy?

WE all know now why our laws are not being enforced be it illegal immigration, eminent domain, etc. I want to see every member of Congressman Tancredos caucus fighting like H _ _ _ against the SPP!
I agree with one of the articles that was posted. We will never stop illegal immigration and the destruction of this country unless the NAU is stopped!

You're up against the Freemasons, Bilderberger, the Rhodes Scholar Society and the worst of the bunch, the Council of Foreign Relations. Most ex-Presidenst and corporate icons belong to these secret societies. The threats of the NAU to US citizens (loss of freedom, jobs, etc) are equal to or more than the war on terrorism. I believe that the war on terrorism and the one in Iraq are being used as distractions from the real issue--the implementation of the NAU. The same may be said about the issue of illegal immigration.

    Yup...yup....yup....and yup!!

STOP THE SPP AND NAU...fire everyone who has had so much as a finger involved in this travesty to end our nation. Then prosecute them for Treason; lock them up; and throw away the key.

Hmmmm... Checking the thesaurus, accord is another word for treaty. Making treaties is one of the few things specially banned to the states under the U.S. Constitution.

    [quote:3nagsyt6]Article 1

Section 10. No state shall enter into any treaty, alliance, or confederation; grant letters of marque and reprisal; coin money; emit bills of credit; make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts; pass any bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts, or grant any title of nobility.

No state shall, without the consent of the Congress, lay any imposts or duties on imports or exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection laws: and the net produce of all duties and imposts, laid by any state on imports or exports, shall be for the use of the treasury of the United States; and all such laws shall be subject to the revision and control of the Congress.

No state shall, without the consent of Congress, lay any duty of tonnage, keep troops, or ships of war in time of peace, enter into any agreement or compact with another state, or with a foreign power, or engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.

Sounds to me like Mexico is seeking to undermine our form of national government. In some circles that is an act of war.
