Please help save America for our children and grandchildren... they are counting on us. THEY DESERVE the goodness of AMERICA not to be given to those who are stealing our children's future! ... and a congress who works for THEM!

This is exciting. At long last a case will begin the painful journey to the U.S. Supreme Court. I don't know what legal arguments were presented but I hope they are broad. Of course, the Supreme Court might not agree to hear it, but perhaps it will eventually clear up some muddy waters for the 3rd Circuit. We wish you well, Hazelton.

the last thing our opposition wants is this to pass, but even worse for this to go to the supreme court AND be heard and decided on before Federal law changes. Because there is no way that this will be declared unconstitutional... no way at all.
