Obama: Illegals ‘Are Americans Just Like Our Kids, Except They Don’t Have the Right Documents’

(CNSNews.com) - President Barack Obama said at a fundraiser in Portland, Ore., yesterday that young foreign nationals who are in the United States illegally but on whose behalf he has decided not to enforce the immigration law are “Americans just like our kids, except they don’t have the right documents.”

“We still got to make sure we get comprehensive immigration reform passed in this country,” Obama said. “ I couldn’t be prouder of the work that we’ve done through executive actions to make sure that our young DREAMers--young people who were brought here as children and are Americans just like our kids, except they don’t have the right documents--the notion that we would be keeping them in the shadows made no sense.

“But we’ve got to solve that larger problem, and only Congress can do that,” Obama said. “And you’ve got some great members of Congress who understand that. Now, we’ve got to get all members of Congress to understand that--and we’ve got to get that thing passed. It’s the right thing to do. It’s good for our economy--and it upholds our tradition as a nation of laws and a nation of immigrants.”

The document that they start and stay with is the welfare EBT card. They are a burden on society and not entitled to the public treasury.

Well, I don't dispute his statement that is really kids are kids wherever they may be, but the important factor here is that they are not our kids, which means they aren't our responsibility, which means they are the responsibility of their parents, who are also not our responsibility, both the children and the parents are the responsibility of their home countries which is where they both need to return to or be deported in full accordance with US immigration law.

We already have more of our own kids that we can sustain successfully, as well as adults, so there is no valid purpose or goal that would allow for or encourage migration by anyone into the United States at this time and for many many years to come.

Americans workforce participation is down. That tells us that many Americans have either given up looking for work or can't get a full time jobs. Wages are stagnant. That tells us that employers know that there is already a large pool of unemployed people, to fill any vacancies. And even our STEM graduates are having difficulty getting STEM jobs.

Despite the reality of Americans' situation, 'Bamacrats and the Repub leadership want to keep piling on more legal illegals. The motives differ, but theresult is that neither major party is advocating an immigration policy which will help Americans.
