    MD Petition Surpasses Signature Requirement

    The MD Petition to stop in-state tuition for illegal immigrants has made its signature goal of 100,000. This far exceeds the state's requirement, which means even if some signers are rejected, the law is suspended and goes to the ballot on 2012.

    Now comes the real fight--to fend off ACLU and CASA.
