Ken Cuccinelli, a former top Homeland Security official under President Donald Trump, is accusing the Biden administration of intentionally refusing to enforce border laws in hopes that illegal immigrants can one day become Democratic voters.

"At the same time this is their border policy — to invite hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens into the country — they're also putting through two amnesty bills through the House of Representatives, and they're putting a voting bill through that will register folks to vote before they're even citizens and before they can legally vote," Cuccinelli said during an interview on The Water Cooler with David Brody.

"So, these things are all tied together. This is not a mistake. It's a mess, it's a disaster, it's a crisis — even though they won't admit it — but it's not unintentional," he added.
The two amnesty bills Cuccinelli referred to, the American Dream and Promise Act of 2021 and the Farm Workforce Modernization Act of 2021, and the voting bill, the For the People Act of 2021, have all passed the House of Representatives.

Cuccinelli explained why he thinks the Biden administration is refusing to enforce immigration law.

"They want these illegals here, so, that's not the natural reaction we have," Cuccinelli said. "You expect presidents to enforce the law, and they have no intention of enforcing the law."

"Like I said, they want large numbers of illegal aliens invading the country — they view them as future voters," he added.

He added that President Biden and Vice President Harris are both "politically afraid of their own base. And so neither of them wants to be the point person for actually commencing to enforce the law, something they haven't been doing up to this point, yet it's the only way to stem the tsunami — the invasion of illegal aliens that's happening at the southern border."

A White House official did not immediately respond Wednesday evening for a request for comment.
