    El Centro, California -- Border Patrol agents in El Centro arrest a convicted sex offender they say is in the county illegally.

    The agents say Francisco Avila has a conviction for indecent exposure and is registered as a sex offender in the state of California.

    Avila has been deported in the past.

    He was arrested by agents on Saturday morning and is being held at the Imperial County Jail while waiting prosecution.

    I say they should get the Chair . & they would think about doing this rap or murder . every time we turn around they are off On Bail & they do this all over again . no way the chair
