It's this simple: If President Barack Obama uses his executive power to grant amnesty to tens of millions of illegal aliens in this country, there will be an immediate call for impeachment and a massive uprising.

Doubts are vastly growing about the administration's ability to secure 60 Senate votes for amnesty should it be part of any "comprehensive" immigration reform legislation.

This lends credence to rumors of an executive order that would apply "deferred action or parole" -- executive actions typically used only on a special, case-by-case basis -- to illegals en masse.

So credible is the concern that eight Republican senators so far, led by Iowa's Chuck Grassley, signed a letter demanding the president commit to not issuing any executive order to that effect.

"Such a move will further erode the American public's confidence in the federal government and its commitment to securing the borders and enforcing the laws already on the books," the senators wrote.

The Constitution empowers Congress, not the president, to set immigration policy.

A prior amnesty only emboldened more illegal aliens to overrun and enter the United States illegally.

Time-honored immigration-enforcement practices shouldn't be disregarded now to let millions of lawbreakers off the hook by executive fiat.

Mr. President, consider yourself on notice.

American citizens are unemployeed (U-6 Unemployment) 22.7%

Americans are losing their homes at the greatest number on record

1 in 8 Americans are on Welfare

It will get bad and it will get bad fast and will not go away over night

This is when I believe Obama will hit the Internet kill switch in an attempt to hide the facts that Americans are flying off the handle

I think Americans will rip this country up ... literally .... and that scares the Hell out of me

Basically this is genocide. It is being done by class and national origin instead of by race or national origin. Doesn't matter what kind of studies or legal justification or moral imperative you put to it - it is still genocide of a people and it is wrong.

Unfortunately, this comment is true only if you had any confidence in our federal government to secure the border to begin with.

One of my greatest fears is that Obama is deliberately pushing Americans to revolt so he can declare martial law and the cancelation of November elections.

One has to wonder if the troops would stand with him and against their fellow citizens. When they took their oath--they never could have imagined the enemy was within.

US Officers:
"I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.[1]"

There is no oath of allegiance to the President. and, again, "FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC" is present in the oath. Were our founding fathers so smart?? I say, yes!

That leaves us with National guard eligible to follow their Governor' orders and US military officers sworn to protect the country against anyone, including the President. Enlisted troops are the only ones who swear to follow the orders of the President. Hard to do if their officers refuse to do so.

Thats Obamas plan. If he grants amnesty there will be civil uprising and he will declare Martial law which will put off elections indfinetely.

You are not alone in your belief that this is a part of the "blue print".
