BONITA SPRINGS — The future remains unclear for hundreds of flood victims living at an Estero shelter, even as homeowners in east Bonita Springs begin coordinating federal aid and meeting with damage inspectors.
As of Thursday, 579 people were registered with the Red Cross shelter at Estero Community Park. Most are from trailer parks Manna Christian Village and Saldivar, where floodwaters remain too high for residents to return.

FEMA, in those days, did not bring in any temp housing trailers for anyone because they claimed that they would not put these kind of assets on a flood plain, and could not get permits elsewhere. Same reason all those trailers rotted in Arkansas while NO residents suffered.
Just wish I could specify where to spend my tax dollars, as there are so many things these days that the government has done which I seriously object to.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
